Shop with confidence as Metro Laptop Bags values the relationship that we have with our customers, and offers you a friendly returns and exchange policy on all our products if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and exchange policy

We will accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days and up to 21 days after the date of purchase, we will accept returns and provide you with a store credit. Please note that refunds and store credits will be given for the cost of the product only, however in order to maintain our competitive prices we are unable to offer refunds and store credits on shipping and handling charges. Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost incurred to return any product to us. Metro Laptop Bags reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit if the returned product is not in its original condition and packaging.

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact our customer service team to obtain the return shipping address and a proper return authorization.  We will not be able to accept a return without a proper authorization.  Any product returned to Metro Laptop Bags without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive a credit or refund for the product and Metro Laptop Bags will not ship the product back to you.


How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team either by email at customerservice@metrolaptopbags.com or by telephone to arrange for a product return.  We will provide you with a shipping address for the return location and issue you a proper return authorization.  DO NOT ship the product to our corporate headquarters as we have a separate warehouse distribution center to handle returns.  Once we have issued you a proper return authorization, ship the product back to the correct shipping address provided by our customer service team.  Please insure the return shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.  The product must be returned in its original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any documentation and other items that were included in the original shipment.  Upon receipt of your shipment, Metro Laptop Bags will gladly issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling charges.
